im about 6 "2, 190lbs. I'm a little chubby around the waist. average metabolism. I smoked weed 4 days a week for about a few years now. I stopped smoking exactly three weeks before pre-employment test. the day before my test i took a at home drug test, passed. then the next day i took my pre-employment test, with out dillusion, and i didn't catch midstream i peed all of it out into the cup...
all i did was run, and lift every day, and stopped three days before my test. and kept to a high fiber diet. ( i lost a lot of weight by the way.)

I just wanted to thank every one on this site for all there help, and for convincing me not to buy those detox drinks. saved me about 60 bucks.
I think I'm going to buy some new shoes... or a fat sack
