I'm only one person what can I do with two story's worth of house?

I'd live in a shack if it served my purposes I suppose...
Ae... Reviewed by Ae... on . One- or two-story house? Which do you prefer? I would want a two story house, with decks all around it and a smoking room built into the roof...
