I like the fun ness of a 2 story with the ease of a 1 story, and I kinda got both- We have stairs that lead to a converted attic room, that is my hobby & smoke room. But all the laundry etc stays down stairs so the only real hassle is vacuuming the stairs and about once a year vacuuming the room. Thats all it need! Ashes rub in good
