If those are the wedges I've seen, 'trudging' is hardly an accurate description... that would be STRUTTING.

I dislocated 2 ribs in a skiing accident. I did not know they were dislocated until a couple months later when the inexplicable sharp pains in my arm sent me running to a massage therapist specializing in pain management, who in turn sent me in a big hurry to a chiropractor.

That was more than 2 years ago and they still give me trouble. In fact, my back is tweaking a bit right now. I think though that a lot of the problem was how long it took me to finally seek treatment.
stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . Ever dislocate a body part? There I was yesterday evening, trudging up the street in 4 inch wedges, carrying a briefcase, a heavy bookbag, a purse, and my IPOD, and I tripped on a bump in the sidewalk. I fell hard on my knees, and apparently also caught myself with my right hand- I looked down and my middle finger was bent at a perfect right angle! It was the weirdest looking thing ever I have ever seen- at first I thought I broke it! But then I straightened it up, and it popped back into place! WHOA- good thing I hadn't Rating: 5
