i have the occasional diet soda (one every few weeks, if that even), and every once in awhile, if i go to a party, sometimes i'll drink socially and have two or three alcoholic beverages. other than that, all i drink is water. i looooooove water.

i took voice lessons for years and was in showchoir in high school. my junior and senior year of high school, i drank nothing but water. period. for two straight years. it helped tremendously with my health, energy, and singing voice.

i drink so much water during the day that i really don't keep track of how much i drink. during the semester, i usually carry a bottle of water around with me. if i'm just hanging around my apartment, then i usually have a bottle of water or a glass of water beside me. as soon as it's empty, i refill it. i just love water! i also like to cut up some lemon and squeeze a bit of lemon juice in my water, it's oh so good. limes are good as well. sometimes i like really cold water, but then sometimes i'll only want to drink room temperature water.
