Yes, but tea and coffee are diuretics, and you end up peeing out much of the water before your body can absorb it.

To mistaganja who said that water is in everything we drink, you are right, but the caffeine, sugars, and other carbohydrates in the shit people drink nowadays require more water to break those chemicals down for consumption than they replenish. That shit ends up dehydrating you.

It really depends on my day and how busy or lazy I am. It can be anywhere from a liter to a few gallons. I dont drink much else except for juices. I hate sugar. Ate too much of it when I was younger. I guess Im lucky because the healthier something is the better it tastes to me. I attribute it to the martial arts... its made me obsessed with turning my body into the most efficiently lethal machine in existence.. I guess because of my passion, I end up craving things that have what my body needs to accomplish that, and have since lost the taste for shit that slows me down. I eat alot though... sometimes 7 or more full meals a day.
