How much water do you actually drink everyday?

This thread has helped me increase my intake for sure. I got in two liters yesterday and another two today. I think I filtered about three liters through my kidneys each day. Tomorrow I hope to keep up the hydration, but it would be nice to not have to spend so much time in the bathroom recirculating it back into our water supply.

Haha, glad that its made you increase your water intake BG, i know what you mean its annoying to have to go to the toilet all the time, but at least you know you're a whole lot healthier!!

i drink a bunch of water, i pretty much always have a bottle with me....
i dont really drink other stuff...
occasionaly a gatorade cuz i love those...
but dont really drink cokes unless its mixed with somethin else...

i love water, im drinkin some right now...
but id say i drink like 5 bottles and a couple glasses a day..

i have the occasional diet soda (one every few weeks, if that even), and every once in awhile, if i go to a party, sometimes i'll drink socially and have two or three alcoholic beverages. other than that, all i drink is water. i looooooove water.

i took voice lessons for years and was in showchoir in high school. my junior and senior year of high school, i drank nothing but water. period. for two straight years. it helped tremendously with my health, energy, and singing voice.

i drink so much water during the day that i really don't keep track of how much i drink. during the semester, i usually carry a bottle of water around with me. if i'm just hanging around my apartment, then i usually have a bottle of water or a glass of water beside me. as soon as it's empty, i refill it. i just love water! i also like to cut up some lemon and squeeze a bit of lemon juice in my water, it's oh so good. limes are good as well. sometimes i like really cold water, but then sometimes i'll only want to drink room temperature water.

The only reason I have to drink as much water in the summer as I do, is to keep from having a heat stress related injury. Its real easy to get dehydrated when working in temps above 110 degrees
