    You are a Wizard

    Let us examine three definitions...

    According to Mirriam Webster:

    wiz·ard [wiz-erd]
    â??noun
    1. a person who practices magic; magician or sorcerer.
    2. a conjurer or juggler.
    ...

    su·per·nat·u·ral [soo-per-nach-er-uhl, -nach-ruhl]
    â??adjective
    1. of, pertaining to, or being above or beyond what is natural; unexplainable by natural law or phenomena; abnormal.
    2. of, pertaining to, characteristic of, or attributed to God or a deity.
    ...

    mag·ic [maj-ik]
    â??noun
    1. the art of producing illusions as entertainment by the use of sleight of hand, deceptive devices, etc.
    2. the art of producing a desired effect or result through the use of incantation or various other techniques that presumably assure human control of supernatural agencies or the forces of nature.
    3. the use of this art

I'd say that this nifty internet thing we're using qualifies as one of 'various other techniques' used to control the 'forces of nature', no? Not convinced that you're a wizard yet? Just hear me out...

Why do you limit your definition of magic to the "supernatural"? Many things that we once thought were "supernatural" have turned out to be completely, 100% natural. It's actually become quite illogical to believe that anything "supernatural" actually exists. The only thing that qualifies something as "supernatural" (by definition) is that it is unexplainable by natural law or phenomenon. Given that our current knowledge of 'natural law' is limited at best, it's quite logical to assume that those things which we can't explain are actually quite natural.

But that doesn't mean that magic is dead. It means that magic is in everything we do. With every thought, word and action (no matter how small we may percieve it) we are casting a spell that affects the rest of the known natural universe -- from micro, to macro; from atoms to galaxies. Everything is transactional. No spell that we cast, from breathing to daydreaming to splitting atoms, is insignificant or without consequence. We have unbelievable power; the power to destroy worlds, and to create them.

How is energy explained by natural law? Energy itself is the very foundation of natural law, and thus far has been more or less completely unexplainable. We're made of it (thanks to Mr. Einstein we now know that matter IS energy), we manipulate it. But none of us know what it truly is... And so, by definition at least, it is supernatural. Energy is Mana. It is magic.

You are not a muggle, my friend. You are a wizard. That is your birthright. And you needn't let anyone convince you of otherwise.

    You are a Wizard

I read autistic children are powerful wizards waiting for human evolution to catch up to them.

I had one experience a few years ago where it was cloudy for a couple days strait and I wanted to see sunshine. So I prayed and focused on it becoming sunny out one night, when I woke up there was the worst flood I've ever seen in this area cars were underwater, whole parking lots became lakes, ect. Later that day after the heavy rain, there was not a cloud in the sky. I'm not saying I caused the flood but it is a strange coincidence. Since then I hav'nt tried to alter the weather.

Butterfly Effect theory, explained in a bit different way, but I like it. I love the use of logic to show something that if said outright would seem .. slightly unbelievable to some, but yet after explained... would be something alot of people would agree to.

Very very well done job on walking through your "arguement/point" and fully explaining it.

I read that if you concentrate hard enough, you can destory all Gods with a single thought. Quick, everyone, start concentrating!
