Well... thanks for the responses... i will look that program, and the books too. And the fact that we can time travel while AP'ing would explain a lot of experiences i had...
But maybe i should have stated my question in another way:
How does can i know when im astral projecting and when im lucid dreaming? How to tell the difference between them?

Until today, i never had any experience which showed me in an unmistakeable way that i really astral projected. But maybe im too skeptical, and even if im A.P.'ing (Astral projecting) maybe im not recognizing them as it. So, i will describe an experience i had today.
