Appreciate your understanding, 420M, that this is a really important sub-forum to keep clear of misconceptions and jokes. The stakes are awfully high here, and misinformation has a bad tendency to run rampant in this area anyway. FBR, who is someone with actual biochemical/medical knowledge, is spending his valuable time here helping make sure that folks get accurate answers. So we want to give him the respect he deserves and not waste his time, either.

Less than 20 minutes and you expect a reply? First of all more info is needed: height, weight, physical activity level and a better smoking history: daily or not, how many times on smoking days, how much on smoking days, quality, and how long you have been smoking. You said you haven't smoked in a month but tell us more about the days before then or get a home test and use the first void of the day.

5'5, 175, low physical activity atm. I smoked daily about 3-5 times a day everyday was a smoknig day expect sunday. Smoke about 3-6grams a day in total. Been smoking for a year. I might have got a few contact smoek from my brother an example he will smoke out side while i am inside and i smell alittle bit of smoke........ please help

If I were to give you an answer I'd say you're chances are against you at 60/40.
36 grams a week and just quit a month ago it sounds iffy.

agustin, your best chance is substitution. Read the substitution thread and know this: practice, practice, practice. If you can't get a clean donor, buy some quick fix, it is synthetic urine. Read the thread in the sticky section and if you have further question post back here. I doubt you will pass any other way.
