this is a random question but
heat exhaustion is tied in with dehydration, you will feel really week and sore, and you may have trouble breathing, i reccomend staying in a cool area for a while, drinking some water and taking a nap.

this is a random question but
I had it once after working a fire during my paramedic days. It was August in Texas and the heat was incredible. I was light-headed and nauseated and just felt like I was wrung out. Almost fainted trying to step up to the truck when we were on our way back to the station. Medics and firefighters wear so much gear, and then there was the Texas summer heat and the heat from the fire.
It took about six hours of lying down, drinking water and Gatorade and saying cool to start feeling back to normal. It takes a while. You get both dehyrated and your temperature regulation mechanism starts to get a little wacky after you can no longer cool yourself effectively with perspiration.
Fluids and rest. You don't want to take it to the next level, which is heat stroke. I think I'll move this to our medical forum, if that's OK\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

this is a random question but
actually, this happened to me. i was at warped tour, not only smoking weed, but on another drug that shant be mentioned, but it made me feel quite extatic... anyways i was stuck in betweeen hundreds of sweaty people on one of the hottest days of last summer. after the show i stumble over to the stage and ask for water, they tell me i have to go to the sound tent 100 m away. on the way i almost puked and passed out, but once that water hit my toungue it was awesome. probably not as bad as what you have
