Dreamskies, your room is fabulous... there's a book you might get a kick out of, it's called "Pad: the guide to uber-living" and one of the featured homes is done with a similar aesthetic to yours. How old are you if I may ask? That style seems pretty sophisticated for a college kid.

I'm 19, and the room is in my fraternity house, but we made some changes recently, such as the plants, the painting on the ceiling, chandelier, a lot of the tree stumps are newer, and we got the table/music box from a yard sale recently. It actually used to be someones room a few years back. The house itself was built in 1851, so its quite old.

Also, there really isn't a bug problem with all the plants b/c its on the third floor.

So you smoke in the turret room? NICE. I lived in a house like that when I was very young, but the 3rd floor was only semi-finished, and we had a squirrel problem... they took over the turret room and ripped out all the insulation to build nests. It was pretty funny.

That's not at ALL my stereotype of a bunch of frat boys, lol!!! The only fraternity houses I've ever been in were decorated with street signs, neon beer signs, flags, swimsuit model posters, and STAINS. You guys must be a bit more civilized than the fellas at UMass...

Nice. Do many of the frats embrace pot at your college? The frats at my college are huge into pot (a few even grow it) and a lot of other drugs.

When i went to college, my dorm room had to become one, so i transferred all of my posters, black light, etc. now i have my own apartment...so pics will be up soon. Two of ym friends got in the dorms this year, and this time the windows on the new dorms do not open! So they ahve to invest now into some kind of air purifier.

Heres where I usually smoke up, my randomly built garden shed. I took this picture last year, never took pictures of the inside, I shall have to do it sometime.

Cool shed! but I'd be scared to go in there. Judging by the picture, that thing is supported by one beam.

Some pics of my room....not much has been done to it, but in the next month or so it should be changed....and the entertainment center is due to the fact that it use to be the "family room", and that different colored wall wasn't there. Guess I lucked out. I forgot to put the pictures....there we go:jointsmile:

Nice rooms everyone, I don't have one of my own yet cause I still live at my parents but my buddy has a real nice one, it's got a couch, his drum set, a tv, and around the corner there is an indoor pool and a hot tub! man I love blazing there haha.
