hey lilhip, i have never ordered seeds from the internet...that being said....i have heard of many people on this site purching seeds from the net with no problems. i seem to trust cannabis pros., and will be trying them out soon.
this link may help it tells what seedbanks have the most happy customers.
as for lights....i would go with a 400w mh conversion lamp. the convirsion lamps have a swichable ballist(sp), so you can swich from mh to hps. although, 400w is only good for, imo, a 3'x3'x5' to 4'x4'x6', so if you have more room to fill you may need more light.
there are also some cheaper ways to light your garden if you don't want to invest in an expensive light set up, however the price is well worth it. one option could be to check out e-bay for some lights. if you want any other lighting advice just ask!
here is a link for lights ....just brouse the web because you can probably find a better price if you look.
hope this helps!!Dylan
