pure dxm has same effects as as dxm found in cough meds. id say one 500mg pill will do the trick, and all the info and precautions at erowid applies also to pure dxm powder as well as the dxm found in cough meds.

*also make sure the dxm is in pill form, dont put the powder in your mouth it tastes like pure shit and it stays in your mouth for a while.

I've done a lot of dxm man. that shit is wicked but it can also kill you so if i was you i'de pass. I started with cough syrup and then to coricdin which is probibly why im so fucked up (Lol im not really). Anyway, my point is just dont do coricdin. If you gunna do it, buy some robo with just dxm in it. have fun and make sure no one that can get you in trouble is around cuz they'll know your trippin on something.

Again, just to clarify, if you're gonna buy Robitussin in bottle form, make sure you buy Robitussin Maximum Strength Cough. Not Maximum Strength Cough and Cold. Max strength cough and cold has other active ingredients which are potentially harmful in large doses.

Robitussin Max Strength Cough just has DXM as its active ingredient. When buying DXM products, always make sure the product lists dxm as it's only active ingredient.
