When do hit max PPM?
Can anyone else comment when they hit max PPM? I burned mine a tiny bit with 1200, gave em nothing but PHed water for the last two waterings. Tonight I gave em about 800 PPM, feeling that is a bit low but I really don't want to burn them again. I am thinking I may max it out at 1000 ppm but isn't that short changing them a bit?
How soon after watering does nute burn show up? I could experiment with one and see what happens.
Your plants (the leaves) look pretty damn burned, but like you said it doesn't matter that late. Does anyone else do that? Obviously a solid flush is needed if you really push them at the end.razzapiggy Reviewed by razzapiggy on . When do hit max PPM? This is a repost from general growing questions, didn't receive much feedback..so I'll ask the indoor crew (was meaning to spend more time here anyhow!) I usually give them the higher PPM towards the end of the run... in the last three weeks I use my regular flowering nutes as well as "Shoot Powder" which is real high in P to finish em up and then flush them out. I have a friend who told me he hits his peak PPM around five weeks, and then lowers it gradually and finishes in 8.5 weeks. Rating: 5
