Why do you think something is wrong with them? They look pretty typical for 15 day clones - to me anyway.

Typically, the clone's mother will be fed only water for the week prior to cutting clones, creating a def (N - I think). This def makes the clone root faster. So, the little bit of red you see is to be expected and you can easily deal with it as you start to feed the plants.

While the clone is struggling to start roots, it needs to eat, so it draws its nutrition from its fan leaves, which die. That's why you have the yellow leaves.

Is there something else that makes you think something is wrong with them?

BTW - I drive clones around all the time. If they are healthy, it doesn't seem to bother them.
