Hay I am a geek and smoke weed. I know a lot of other geeks that smoke or have geek friends that smoke. Most people I have talked to about weed while I was in college smoked or had friends that did(me).

In college I got lucky. Since I'm a girl, and not too many girls smoke (in general), I was extremely lucky to find the only few girls who smoked in the entire dorm.

I think you just gotta look out for the partying type, which is like, 80% of the college population (everybody parties in college). Partiers are more likely to know of a way to get weed. But then again, all my girl friends who I smoked with in college were total geeks (most of them were valedictorians in high school!). So I guess you can't really tell sometimes.

I know that you cant avoid stems and leaves but the less the better.
And for seeds if you are getting any undeveloped little seeds that is
not good. 97% of the bud i buy has no seeds.

if it looks like shitty grass it probably is. or oregano. or crap.


only buy it if it looks nice, like something you would want to put in a pipe and suck on.

I don't think mentioning weed is a good idea in smoke shops. Most smoke shops have very strict guidelines they have to follow and have lots of signs inside saying "Please do not use any terms relating to the usage of marijuana" So even if the store clerk smokes ganja all the time, I wouldn't bring it up unless you really talk to the guy (or girl) and know for sure that it's appropriate and that he/she won't kick you out of the shop. I've seen ppl kicked out of the store for calling a "water pipe" a "bong." So they are strict and they do enforce the rules.

But smoke shops might be good to meet fellow smokers (the customers, not the shop owners/cashiers). But just because they smoke doesn't mean that they'll help you out. It's pretty tough to find good help nowdays.

i once bought this bag if herbal smokin mix to practice rolling joints and the asian woman said, "looks like marijuana, doesnt it" but i didnt press her but maybe...
