When I'm high I find that I sometimes can push my self more when lifting because my extremities seem less able to feel the burn, therefore I can push my body harder than I normally would. However, working out completely blitzed is no good for me, as I cant focus enough. It is nice to lift with a good buzz tho, as long as I can still think straight.
