i do mostly free wieghts and im usually high when i work out just be careful on those bench presses one day i thought i had it totally on the rods that hold the bar and i was hella tired cuz it was my last rep and one side was on but the other wasint so it almost droped on my neck and i have an olympic sized bar that shit would have decapatated (fuck spelling that word right) me. but luckaly i noticed just in time and my second wind broke through and i got it where it needed to be. scared the fuck outta me though made me think twice
