We've got a pretty great country with some rather shitty leadership at the moment. Nothing exceptionally new there I suppose. I even debated entering the military, but immediately dismissed that idea when the current leadership took power and installed the patriot act, effectively destroying the constitution and the very freedoms I'd be swearing to defend.
