...and incidentally, the biggest dumbshit in my grade was born on January 27...I don't think it makes that much difference for maturity/intelligence.
in america, the cut off is roughly september 1st (to coincide with the start of the schoolyear itself). if you're born before that and you have a summer birthday, then you're the youngest kid in your grade. if you're born in the early fall (sept/oct) then you're like the oldest kid in your grade.
