Your parents need to be 100% cool with it...enough to give you a proper grow spot. Behind the couch and in your closet are not safe. you are going to be playing with a LOT of electricity and heat. You need a dedicated closet that contains nothing flammable, or cellar space.
If you get caught, your PARENTS are the ones who get in trouble remember.
