Finish size is completely strain dependent.
You need to plan ahead for when your plants get bigger.
Do you have your own apartment where you can dedicate an entire closet? That is ideal. Under a sink is not a place to try and flower plants becuase of the inherent humidity problems associated with a bathroom; in fact, I would not try to grow in one at all (although when my propagation gets out of hand, somehow the extra plants end up on the back of the toilet... wtf!).
I dis on lowryder constantly but if you are confined to a tiny tiny place you might look into it because it is a tiny strain. However the reasons for being confined to a small space often include housemates -or parents? - who don't know of your grow, whcih is not cool.
