I got a late start planting (beginning of June) but here in Midwest, the weather wasn't the most cooperative in May. I have no real idea what I should do next or how I'm doing so far. I have seen many people point newbies towards the grow FAQ, but try as I might, I can't find the grow FAQ on this site. No, I'm not mildly retarded either;) I'd have pictures, but my little one "misplaced" my digital camera and I have yet to recover it. When I do, I'll Rating: 5

Ok, I just added two things. I added one cup of Schultz brand Blood meal as per recommended on the box which is 12-0-0. I think I had read that at this stage, nitrogen is most important.
I also fed it 17-19-29 Schultz Tomato Food at a one tsp per gallon of water, as recommended on the box. I used just one gallon between my two plants.
I was unable to test my ph, as the kit I bought only had French directions and involved mixing a bunch of chemicals. I'm going to go back tomorrow and exchange it for a simpler one that actually has a color chart and English instructions.
Oui, Oui.
Any thoughts?

Well, I just lost my smallest (the possible male) to animals of some sort. My bigger one seems to be going ok. I don't know how I didn't know this after after living in our house for 7 years, but the only viable placed i had to plant them is only receiving about 4 hours of direct sun a day and its the middle of summer. How screwed am I going to be coming September?
Also, are the nutes I previously mentioned worth a damn?

Hi there.
These are some updated pics of my plant. I had two, but the smaller one was dug up by some sort of animal. Luckily that one was showing male tendencies anyway so I'm ok with it. I've started using some nutes with what appears to be great results. Obviously, correct me if I'm wrong. I planted this 1st week of June and its roughly 3 ft. tall. It was starting to get a little top heavy and was bending, but it has since been propped back up.
As far as I can see (being new to this) my biggest roadblock is my lack of sunlight. It's only getting about 4-5 hours daily which I know is dismally low. Since I'm coming up on the two month mark for growing, I'd like some thoughts as to what to be looking for to move into the next stage and more importantly, some constructive criticism on how my baby looks.
Thanks again.
