Next, it is gas spectometry, it is gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. That is used after immunoassay to confirm non-negative results, not to check for dilution. Claiming a diet pill or anything else while be discovered by GC/MS so don't even bother. Dilution is checked by measureing specific gravity and creatinine clearance. It is going to be hard to guess if you are dilute or not, especially since you didn't bother to tell the volume of liquid you drank, what you drank, over what time frame, and your height and weight.
