I absolutely think that if every regular and casual user of mj went public with it, it would be legalized in at most a couple of years.

I think all of us want to be public and convince others, but we're afraid of the law. If one person is magnanimous about legalization and acts on it, he will be singled out and persecuted (like marc emery). We are all eager to be transparent with weed, we just feel to isolated in doing so. If we have direction and organization, we will campaign for mj with alacrity. Such organization actually exists, like NORML, etc.
