The amount of calories in ice cream actually ends up warming you up than cooling you down.

I'd go for fruit. I need more fruit in my diet, and fruits rather refreshing - although, not quite as refreshing as my homemade beer sorbet!

I got me a Big Watermelon in the fridge...

Me too! I'm trying not to break into it tonight so tomorrow it is. My melons are but small round balls right now, they have a way to grow yet.

What is really good is seedless green or red grapes, washed and put on a sheet and frozen. Then bag em, they won't stick together if frozen on the sheet. They are an excellent summertime yummy.
