ever since i moved to wer i lived now, wen i was like 9 yrs old, my parents started taking me to a catholic church, they have always been catholic just not always going to church, since then i did my sacraments up to confirmation, now i ask myself, is it wrong to smoke weed? i hear that when you go into a "high" yur mind becomes vulnerable and u get crazy thoughts, and i really do feel that happen, i just read this article http://www.catholic.org/cathcom/nati...ry.php?id=6126. wen i get high i try to act as responsible as possible, sumtimes its hard ;p, ive also read that the church has banned marijuana, but thats during ancient times, does it say sumwer in the bible? if neone else is catholic or can help answer my question plz post

yea i know, the only reason i do it is to get closer with my friends, i used to have friends who wer anti drugs, they sucked, i changed my friends and now life is going much better, but i would still like to be more clear on God and mj

ask a priest or something be like:"

yo, my friend is catholic (or whatever) and he said he has a friend who is also catholic (say your friend lives in a different state) and then be like, so my friend's friend wants to smoke 'marijuana' (make sure you dont call it any slang terms) and then ask the priest what the church thinks about that so you can tell your friend.

Right now this is the best scenario i can think of, and it makes sense to me now, but it may not later. im high as a flying fuck

first of all, dont ask the priest....i dont trust anyone that fucks little boys.....secondly....just because GOD left marijuana on earth it doesnt mean he wants us to smoke it OR NOT SMOKE IT. HE left bushes with poisonous berries on the earth too, but that doesnt mean we should eat them.....i love GOD, and i love pot. anytime you do
something with people that have a common interest it can enhance the relationship. from a somewhat christian standpoint......we shouldnt come under the power of anything.......and i personally believe that moderation is the key......in fact, too much of anything- can be bad for you.....you can actually drink too much water.......i am a stoner, and have been for a long time, and im not sure how GOD looks at it. why dont you ask HIM in prayer......p.s. i dont think people should confess their sins to a man.....in a robe or whatever, they should confess them CHRIST. i am very much against catholocism.....DID you know that the vatican even has their own currency.....no shit...they really do.....i was raised catholic........and now at almost 40 i realize what a crock of shit it is. dont mean to bust on your faith, but if i can help you open your eyes a lot sooner than i did, than i have (in a sense) "loved my neighbor"........i do not intend to offend..........take care....and smoke a big fat one for me........peace

oh, by the way.......i know that its a very small percentage of priests that do the really horrible fucked up shit......and they give the rest a bad name....however, the cath-church tries to keep the shit quiet and move these bastards to a different area, and they usually strike again.....if you or me did something that disgusting, they would try to lock us up forever. its EXTRA wrong to abuse the trust when you are in that type of position. i had to throw this in, cuz i wanted you to know that I know that its just a small portion of priests that are that fucked up. later man.
