Any advice would be greatly apprieciated. Will the plant recover?

I think we're going to need more than 2 weeks of flowering tbh....

The strain of this weed is Shaman by the way, the same as my clones -

Shaman is an F1 hybrid of Purple #1 and an early Skunk. About 50% of the plants turn purple during flowering. It's 87.5% Sativa and 12.5% Indica.
