a coworker does, right on the nape of her neck. it shows no mamtter what she wears and it is the most hideous, poorly done, sloppiest tattoo i have ever seen. sometimes i think she did it herself. its incredibly trashy. she also has Tweety on her ankle. who in thier right mind gets a cartton character tattooed on themselves. i'm sorry but she is a poor excuse for ink.
