On friday night i got alcohol poisoning. it was probably the worst experience of my life. i won't be drinking again, for quite some time. i couldn't move, threw up constantly, shook violently. it was fuckin' 'orrible. i can't understand why weed (which i smoke every day, with no ill effects) is illegal, yet alcohol, a highly dangerous drug is legal!?!?!?!?!?!?! WTF?!?!?

::shrugs:: got me... all I know is that my parents are gone for two days... it's 10 am... i've already cracked open a bottle of alcohol, and i'm just about to toke up.... I think they should both be legal... personally...

the only reason alcohol is legal is the taxes it provides and the fact jesus drank it, marijuana is so much safer but the christian right(the majority of) think its evil.t though

im pretty sure i had alcohol poisoning before(drank a 40 and about a liter of 100proof vodka), i didnt go to a hospital for it cuz i was stuck in a police cell. the cops found me passed out in the passenger seat of my car puking on myself, at least i wasnt in the drivers seat or they said they could have charged me with a dui (i was only put in police protective custody no charges against me).
anyway when i woke up in the cell i continued puking and i started shaking like a mother fucker tottaly out of control thats when i passed out again (seizure?). when i woke up again i continued puking and felt like i was hit by a car, total pain i was in. when i eventually sobered up i was released by the police, i was pissed of they didnt take me to the hospital when i was convulsing. well i stopped drinking for like 4 months since that incident, only to have drunk again at this passed christmas vacation.

Drinking is alright but is it just me or do all young people that drink a lot throw up the majority of time? All I hear from my friends is how they saw people get wasted or they got wasted themselves and puked everywhere... Why do something like that if your just gonna get sick and have a bad time?

I know your probably gonna say that if you don't drink enough to puke but do drink enough to get real drunk then its worth it. But I don't like alcohol, I rarely drink because I know too many alcoholics and its really sad to see how they affect themselves and everyone close to them. One of my good friend's dad is an alcoholic who doesn't have a job and she hates how her dad is and has depression problems cause her parents are always fighting and don't take care of her...

It's all politics, man. Read about Harry Anslinger, he was essentially the man that made weed illegal.
