See how they didn't want to do corticosteroids, most orthopods like prescribing them. This is who you need to see to tie your diagnosis, pain meds, pt, possible surgery, non narcotic pain med management all together for the best results.

They might need to adjust your meds so you have round the clock pain management with enough extra for as needed on bad days.
