Are you saying that you have multiple plants in one pot?

If not, it's okay to put the plant in a bigger pot. I had plants in tiny pots for about a month before putting them in the ground.
Last grow I didn't want to re-pot, so I cut the bottom and put it on top of another pot filled with soil and the plant grew MUCH bigger.
But that was much later in the grow.

Dirt questions Im a first time grower, and I started the seeds in a 8 in pot, the roots are huge so changing pots at a month old isnt good...can I just add some dirt with plant food on top and mix it in and then water it with fertilizer???
