holy shit, a storm rolled in within the past hour and it's a crazy storm. There's like constant thunder rumbling everything. So much lighting in fact the sky seriously looks like a strobe light almost.. no joke. This is nuts!

yeah we've had some bad electrical storms here lately too.... like loud as fuck lightning/thunder directly over head... loud enough that it could possibly shatter old cracked windows... it scared the living piss outta me the other day when i was cutting up my broccoli... O.O it was louder then a 12 gauge at an indoor gun range.. (and that is pretty fucking loud!)

been awhile since thunder's made me jump.... i felt my heart pop outta my chest..

other then that tho, it's been normal, as for loudness.. but crazy ass storms where it's like non stop thunder/lightning... everytime i see one of those storms i can't help but wonder if we're about ot be hit by a tornado...

nothing so far... but yeah I'm sitting in our sunroom/4 season porch and watching it all...I LOVE storms

i was trying to think of some games one could play during an electric storm
such as planting tall metal poles in the ground before the storm arrives
then placing bets on who's pole is going to get hit

then i googled it...and i typed in "games to play during a thunderstorm", and it took me a relatively long time to figure out how fucking ridiculous that sentence was. :jointsmile:

actually... I spoke too soon! I will have pictures!... just a minute ago a branch fell off our big tree onto my dad's truck in the driveway. it landed kinda funny, the split in the branches kind of wishboned over the top of the car, we cant tell yet cause we're gonna wait til the rain is done to move the branch but I dont think it did a whole lot of damage, maybe just a couple scratches. I'll get pics up when we take more and load them off the camera
