So i'll be harvesting in a couple weeks now, maybe two or three. what is a good way to dry my shit and what have you had good results with?? Responses greatly appreciated.

hang it on a hanger with string, put it on drying rack (for cookies), or tie a string across an area and use clothespins

Hang it upside down id a dark place with about 30 to fifty percent humidity. Let it dry for a week and put it in glass , airtight jars such as mason jars. For the cure, open the jars each day for about an hour. The plants will sweat and become moist in the jars. Watch for mold. This should not happen if the buds are dry enough. The longer you cure, the better...
