I gave a urine sample and it showed up that I had a controlled substance for the results. I take pain meds for fibromyalgia and the dr. told me she will not take me as a patient anymore. I have been with her for 4 years. I also smoke pot to help pain. QUESTION I have a new dr's appt. on Friday and I am afraid to give her my old docs medical records. I do have a prescription written from a well known pain center out of Boston and Rating: 5
