how effective is marijuana at treating your pain compared to prescription medication? sounds to me like you should go back to your physician and explain to her that you use marijuana to help the effectiveness of your medication or something..or use it for pain relief in general, whatever your reason is..

I gave a urine sample and it showed up that I had a controlled substance for the results. I take pain meds for fibromyalgia and the dr. told me she will not take me as a patient anymore. I have been with her for 4 years. I also smoke pot to help pain. QUESTION I have a new dr's appt. on Friday and I am afraid to give her my old docs medical records.
