If I were to be around the cops, JUST ME. I know my rights. I've had several confrontations. If you know your rights, you will not get busted(contingent on cops not suppressing your rights). Most of my friends wouldn't know what to do. They'd say, "Yea sure officer, you can search me." Just say you don't consent to unwarrented searches or seizures. They'll give you the "I'm just trying to help you" bullshit. Do not consent, and do not admit to ever breaking the law and they cannot do shit.

I'd hate to get busted with anyone here. But if it had to happen, I'm going to have to choose FakeBoobsRule. For one thing, he's wickedly smart. And together, I think we could successfully negotiate the legal system. One of the lesser known facts about me was that the degree I earned right after college and grad school--and I'm ashamed to admit it was a wholly wasted degree considering that I never worked in that field--was in law. We'd have to hire a real actively practicing counselor to represent us. But I think we could be successful.

Dave Byrd, another member here who also happens to be my beloved husband, would never get busted since he has never smoked and, no doubt, never will, would probably be called upon to bail us out and help us with our retainer fees. Feel free to take that money from my savings, sweetie!

My choice would be to NOT get busted, but if I were in a sticky situation, it would be with The Yeag because he functions perfectly under pressure, smooth like you wouldn't believe.... he has already slipped me right out of a potentially VERY nasty situation at an airport that involved an unexpectedly stinky bag of homegrown and a German shepherd... I like to be self-reliant in most things but nothing beats a friend who comes through when you need him.
