Didn't we tell you that acetaminophen doesn't get you high and you shouldnt try tripping off dxm if the pills contain other active ingredients? Why ask and wait for an answer if you're just going to do it anways?

What you are feeling is probably mostly from the alcohol, maybe a bit from psuedoephedrine and concerta (methylphenidate...same shit in ritalin) mostly. 60mg of dxm is only double the adult dose...and acetaminophen is just tylenol which WILL NOT GET YOU HIGH. Considering that you only took ~2000mg of acetaminophen you should be fine even though its still not so healthy combined with alcohol. Still you might as well have just drank maybe did your concerta and would have felt the same way without doing as much liver damage to yourself.

Seriously though do some research on the pills you think will fuck you up BEFORE you take them, at least check the LD50s and do dosage calculations so you don't show up in the paper as "SOME KID TAKES BUNCH OF OTC MEDICATIONS LOOKING TO GET HIGH...DIES INSTEAD"

Am i dyting??? fguck i took 8 shots of 80 proof Whiskey (1st) 4 pills of acetaminophen 325 mg, dxm 15 mg, pseudoephedrine hcI 30 mg (3rd) smoked 1 equate extra stength pain reliever Acetaminophen 500 mg (4th and still smoking) swallowed 1 36mg Concerta (chopped up) (riddlin??) (2nd) im sure ppl on here have tooken more but if u dont hear from me in 1 week im dead....i luv god (or w.e. is up there and i luv ya'll and my rents) mmk so yeah... idlk i feel like im fake and flying.... am i gonna die man???
