4 pills of acetaminophen 325 mg, dxm 15 mg, pseudoephedrine hcI 30 mg (3rd)
smoked 1 equate extra stength pain reliever Acetaminophen 500 mg (4th and still smoking)
swallowed 1 36mg Concerta (chopped up) (riddlin??) (2nd)

im sure ppl on here have tooken more but if u dont hear from me in 1 week im dead....i luv god (or w.e. is up there and i luv ya'll and my rents) mmk so yeah... idlk i feel like im fake and flying.... am i gonna die man???
