Tomorrow I think I'm gonna get some whip cream and try it. I have read that it can be very dangerous. How can I avoid the dangers and how exactly should I best use it (balloons?), and, how much should I inhale?

When I do them I use a whipped cream canister, because I've heard it's dangerous as fuck to just crack them. Since that prolly won't be useful to you, just remember that it feels like air to your lungs, so make sure to breathe every so often so you don't suffocate. Good luck.

When any gas goes from a compressed liquid state into the open air it can get very cold...so if you inhale directly from the whippit you risk frost bite. If you're talking about inhaling from a container with whipped cream in it i wouldn't worry about that much.

It also causes vitamin B12 depletion which can make your extremities numb and tingly so if you plan on doing a lot just get some vitamin b complex supplement.
