I try to be discreet about it with people I meet on a daily basis...I'm not walking/driving around with red eyes or anything....
but my family knows....my "friend" smokes with me... the cops know, but wait for me to mess up.....they stopped me for running a stop sign and he's like "what, no weed today?"
my boss knows....he's seen me on this website.. he tells me as long as I do my job right, he can care less...

anyone else doesn't affect me much so I don't mind if they know or do not.

Almost everyone I know smokes.

All my friends smoke, my parents know.

Everyone at work knows since well, ive smoked with almost all of them at one point or another.

My sister and her little giggly friends know. My family (Uncles, aunts) up in Canada know.

my parents already caught me a couple of years ago, and they would fucking freak out if they knew that i was still smoking. i only had to take a month break when i got caught and then i moved out of my parents' house and went off to school, which is 4 hours north of them. so anyone that knows my parents or would tell my parents doesn't know.

but a couple of people at home know.

but most of the people that know are people that i go to school with. almost all of my friends from school know. and i don't display it, but it's pretty obvious from the way i dress, the music i listen to, the way my apartment is decorated, etc. etc. and if people ask me (unless they're authority figures), i never deny it. but the director of the program i'm in at school knows, i think, because one morning i smoked at 7 30 am, and i had his class at 9 30 am, and i was still super baked in class, and i know he knew i was baked, i'm pretty sure of that, because he usually called on me several times during class, and that day he didn't call on me at all, just kept giving me weird looks...

pretty much everyone i know. my eyes get really red, honestly i think they get redder every time and i just am not good at being on my toes about lying when im high so i dont do it. plus after awhile i just dont really care any more.

this is a good thread, every stoner needs to be more public with their cann-affair, otherwise we'll never see the day when you see a High Times on the table in the dentist's office. One ironic problem is; there are so many weedsmokers that there is a big enough market to keep almost everyone who wants it in good supply, plus you can grow it youself, and thus we can comfortably maintain our counter-culture lifestyle regardless of the law. So where's the motivation to be an activist about it? It should be that society would really benefit from commercial hemp.

I really only try to avoid my parents knowing (I'm 25), only because I have tried to have rational conversations with them about the nature of weed; but anything considered counterculture is abhorrent to them, as radical rightist mormon fascists..etc..I could use words like that till I bled from the ass and still could not convey their inexorable insistence on perpetuating old generational prejudice and dogma. They probably suspect I toke, but they are sentimentalist republicans so it's always easier to construct a more pleasant image in mind than to deal with cold reality, so it works in my favor this time.
