Ron Bennet laid the original groundwork, from what I know. But Sundance, our current owner, has has been the one who has taken this site to new levels of excellence. Better features. Better function. Higher standards. New levels of membership. In only a little more than a year, Sundance has taken a fairly average Web forum and made it really exceptional. Watching that happen has been a neat thing, and it's been fun to be a part of the new and much-improved site!
