How many times do you eat in a day???

I eat all day. Whenever i'm bored i just head for the fridge.

I eat four to five small meals a day. And even when I'm not eating my mini-meals, I'm often nipping at small handfuls of almonds or carrots or, say, olives. I was born to graze . . . .

My husband and son are more on the three-squares schedule, which is what I cook to. I normally see that everyone eats breakfast--and always fix supper every night. (Unless we go out.) They get lunch at work. But on the weekends, I feed them lunch, too, which is usually sandwiches.

i eat whenever im hungry.. usually small stuff throughout the day then like 1 bigger thing

i am a very small eater, and usually, if i get hungry (which sometimes i don't get hungry at all during the day), then i'll eat usually once a day. but i've been trying to remember to eat, and doing a lot better with it i just either forget because i'm busy, or forget because i'm not hungry

It depends if I have been smoking or not. Usually about 4 if im not and they are pretty small meals/snacks. If im smoking could be about 6 and some will be munchie sessions.
