I tried posting a scan of the instructions but it failed to upload. Anyway the instructions show that one wire from the transformer goes to a thermostat and one to the damper. Then from the damper another wire goes to the thermostat, the connection is made.

I am wondering if I can bypass having to use a thermostat/switching device and just connect straight from the transformer to the damper. Of course I want to put this on a timer so can this be done?

Any knowledge or help will be useful. Thanks in advance.
