Hell yeah we have! Ive said some dumb shit in my day... and I got my ass reamed for it, worse than he did. It taught me not to spit ignorance off the cuff and Im glad I was met with harsh reactions. Its just the internet anyways, and my wishing him a horrible death will have no effect on whether or not he dies. If he cant handle my harsh response, he needs to reconsider the things he says, and maybe an online forum isnt the place.

Now I want to make it known that it is very very rare that a comment incites my anger like that, and its never over a comment directed at me. I was pissed because it was directed at CC, and who the fuck said he believed that rumor anyways!?!?!?!? He just asked if anybody had heard it. For all we know he could have just been making another funny thread just for fucks sake. If somebody is going to react that rudely when they clearly dont know anybody, especially who they are talking to, then they deserve whatever they have coming to them. Thats one mans humble opinion, anyways.

I understand it seems pretty harsh, but his comment was no mistake. He said it on purpose full aware of how rude it was. Instead of following it up with an apology he followed it up with a justification, no more polite.

I see no evidence that he learned his lesson, and I'm not sorry I said it. In fact, I held back. I knew CC is too classy and established a member to respond like I did so I said what he wanted to.

It's nice of you to apologise and I appreciate that, you didn't offend me personally. Your comment will only make people side with the persecutor rather than help them and him see his mistake. Being aggressive will only make someone defensive.

I did hear this rumour. There have been a few other days in the past he was meant to re-appear associated with the whole 7 theory. I aint seen him yet today but il let you know if I do. I live in Cumbria by the way, not exactly the hood.

Hmmm well I guess since Ive only been on the boards for a month I was still considered one of the "newbies", maybe youre right and I should adopt a more modelistic role. Wishing death upon him was certainly uncalled for, and thats my human weakness shining through bright and clear. I usually pride myself on setting people in their place without even taking the offensive, as I like to consider myself having mastered human psychology... it is quite simple realy. In this case I decided to let my anger boil to the surface... Anybody that decides to sign up to an internet message board must realize that there will be a pretty well defined sense of community. If he is ignorant enough to tell somebody to "Shut the fuck up" when he clearly has no clue on the sociology of the community, he deserves anything that is coming his way. Seeing as how the only way I could attack him is through words, I decided to make it as harsh as I possibly could in hopes that he would either go away and not come back, or think about his statements for a bit longer before he clicks that "post quick reply" button.

Conversely, if CC was chilling with me in my yard during a cook-out, and some guy neither of us knew walked up to us and told him to shut the fuck up, I would knock the guy out, take his shoes, shirt and wallet, and drag him off my property. And if I was dumb enough to do it to somebody else, I would hope to be met with the same fate, or I would have no respect for them.

Once again, you are right. It felt good to vent, and I think I needed that, but perhaps from here on out I will be more reserved. Thanks for being so cool! I love how the people here are so eloquent and assertive. This really is the ultimate website, not just among cannabis websites.. but in my opinion its the best site on the web. Of course, I am a pothead, but fuggit, its still the best.
