its actually very easy and uncomplicated just go to your desktop view hit the Print Screen Button then open up windows paint and hit ctrl + v (paste function) then save it as a jpeg file.

What is an xp theme? I'm guessing that you're refering to something on my desktop, but I'm not sure. Sorry...don't know much about comps
