first off, males have no bud, they simply produce pollen sacs, which pollenate the female flower. Stress causes a plant to turn hermie, not being pollenated...being pollenated causes the female's calyxes to form seeds inside..if your plant is able to turn hermie, you're obviously flowering it...autoflowering is a trait possessed by a couple of strains of cannabis and that means you don't have to have a 12/12 light cycle to flower it, and that after about 20-25 days or so the plant will begin flowering
