You really don't need any extra co2 until the later stages of flowering... just the air you breathe when you check on them everyday is plenty... Is you're flowering light a cfl too? And what kind of soil/nutrients are you using.

Plants use co2 for assimilation in its all growing stages. Normal air co2 levels in are about 0.035-0.040%. When co2 level is raised up to 0.15% the assimilation and growth speeds up. That is what is said. Dunno if it have any special effect, but it cant harm them.
Yes I am using cfl for flowering. 125w ESL Growlight Red spectrum lamp for all plant flowering stages 2700ºK
Soil is ph.6.7 special for self watering pots.
I had basic nutrients for growth NPK 6-1-5 and marine oxhylium.
For flowering Captain Acids 2 component nutrient.
    Component A NPK 0.5-8-1.3 Mg 2.6% K2O 1.6% P2O5 18.3%
    Component B NPK 0-22.6-28.2 K2o 34% P2O5 52%

It won't harm them but it'll be a waste of co2... fresh air is between 300 and 450 ppm which is more than plenty for your plants. if you were growing in a completely sealed cabinet that would be one thing. I would save your co2 tabs for about 2 weeks after the initiation of flowering when they start their rapid stretch... And also have you ever considered brewing beer/alcohol as a means for co2 production? I've been using that method and have had great results... If you can monitor it raise the co2 ppm to around 800 to 1000 shortly after flowering and let the temps come up alittle bit and you'll see a huge explosion of growth.

Well I got full bottle of those tabs and I've used this far about 1/4 of one tab
1 tablet per 250 liters of water, so those tabs are going to last longer than me

I had alcohol brewing system at the start, but I got rid off it since I got those tabs. I didnt really enjoyed the smell what it produced. At younger age we used to drink that shit...

Little update. Good news is that at least one of the plants is definetily female. Two aint showing sex yet and one seems to male. That sucks cause its the most healthiest and bushiest one. Not given up hope yet cause its really early, but the difference between that plant and the one thats def female is obvious.
No pics sorry. I have to get better camera than my phone. Cant get sharp enough pictures with it. When all plants are showing sex Im going to lend my friends cam and post pics.

I took the male plant off. When pulled it of the soil I noticed that some of the roots had actually grown in to the water space through separator. Could it be a problem if some of the roots are in soil and some in water? The roots looked really healthy. Both in the water and in the soil.
