A question concering Ciggaweeds
Will hollowing out a cigarette and stuffing it with bud make for a loss of THC to the filter? Just curious, any answers/opinions may or may not be helpful. Thanks.

what if you just pulle dthe filter out, cut a significant amount off then put it back in the paper? would that help
